6th Annual Litchfield T.E.A.L.® Walk

The 6th Annual Litchfield T.E.A.L.® Walk will take place on September 21st at Litchfield Community Field in Litchfield, Connecticut. Registration is now open: www.tealwalk.org/litchfield

This walk brings out survivors, caregivers, families, friends and the general public who come together to raise awareness and promote a cure for ovarian cancer. Throughout the day, there is entertainment along with activity booths and fun for the whole family.

Health and Wellness fair at Avenue C Plaza

On May 11th, T.E.A.L.® was invited by PS 164 to attend the Health and Wellness fair at Avenue C Plaza in Brooklyn hosted by The Kensington Stewards partnering with Camba- Beacon 164. T.E.A.L.® spread awareness about ovarian cancer and also their workshops along with their walks in September.

Pathways Health Fair

On May 9th, T.E.A.L.® attended the Pathways Health Fair in Midtown, Manhattan. T.E.A.L.® informed students and faculty about the signs and symptoms of ovarian cancer and ways to get involved with T.E.A.L.®.

Brooklyn College Health and Wellness Fair

On May 7th, T.E.A.L.® attended the Health and Wellness Fair at Brooklyn College to spread awareness to faculty and students about ovarian cancer. They also informed students about ways to get involved with T.E.A.L.® including internship and volunteer opportunities.

April Kendra Scott Fundraiser

$782.79 was raised for Tell Every Amazing Lady® at the Kendra Scott fundraiser at the SouthPark Mall in Charlotte, North Carolina on April 28th from 12:00-3:00 pm. Thank you to everyone who donated to T.E.A.L.® by shopping at Kendra Scott.

CPR Workshop

On April 25th T.E.A.L.® held a CPR workshop lead by the Staten Island Heart Society at the T.E.A.L.® Community Center. Participants learned life-saving knowledge and techniques along with becoming CPR Certified. Learn more about our free workshops at www.TellEveryAmazingLady.org/workshops

St. Francis 2019 Health Fair

On April 24th T.E.A.L.® attended the St. Francis College Health Fair. T.E.A.L.® informed students and faculty about the signs and symptoms of ovarian cancer and what the organization does in the community to spread awareness and raise funds for research.

On April 10th T.E.A.L.®’s CEO Pamela Esposito-Amery attended the St. Francis College Career Fair- BRIDGE TO YOUR DREAMS CAREER FAIR. Thank you- Skechers Performance Los Angeles Marathon

Thank you Amanda and Kate for running for team Tell Every Amazing Lady® in the 2019 Skechers Performance Los Angeles Marathon. Also thank you to these four amazing ladies, Sarah Dahdouh, Miss High Desert ; Mary Kohaut, Miss Canyon Hills ; Valeria Alcaraz, Miss Anaheim Hills and Sophie Nessary, Miss High Desert for coming out to cheer on our runners and support T.E.A.L.®.

T.E.A.L.® Turns Myrtle Avenue TEAL again in 2018!

T.E.A.L.® turned Myrtle Avenue TEAL on September 14th with the help of the Myrtle Avenue BID and Turn the Towns Teal®. T.E.A.L.® staff and supporters tied teal ribbons around trees in honor of September being National Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month. Local businesses like Pecks and Corkscrew Wines also got involved by supporting the cause with part of the proceeds of sales for September.

T.E.A.L.® at the 10th Annual Corvette & Open Car Show 2019

T.E.A.L.® participated in the 10th Annual Corvette & Open Car Show in Pompton Plains, NJ on September 16th.  This was a great opportunity to raise awareness about ovarian cancer to 300 people and have a portion of the proceeds will be donated to T.E.A.L.®! Our Youth Ambassador, Sunisha, also stopped by to support! Thank you to the North Jersey Corvette Club for choosing T.E.A.L.® as the beneficiary and raising $1200 for our foundation at this event!

1st Annual Boardman T.E.A.L.® Walk/Run in Ohio

The 1st Annual Boardman T.E.A.L.® Walk/Run took place on September 8, 2018 in Boardman, Ohio with over 120 participants. It was a beautiful day to honor all the amazing ladies, and those who have been affected by ovarian cancer.  This event raised over $1,400 and was organized by The Rose Mary Flanagan Ovarian Cancer Foundation.

Team Margaret Fundraiser

Team Margaret held a fundraiser on August 8th at The Clubhouse NY in New Hyde Park. Wristbands were sold for $5 to guests at the event to enjoy drinks specials. All $320 raised from the wristbands were donated towards Team Margret’s fundraising goal for the 10th Annual Brooklyn T.E.A.L.® Walk/Run.
