I chose to run for Tell Every Amazing Lady® because women’s health is deeply personal to me. Growing up, I watched my mom go through a difficult hysterectomy, and it opened my eyes to how complex, under-discussed, and often misunderstood women’s health issues can be. As a woman myself, I’ve come to realize how important it is to advocate for better awareness, research, and support for conditions that impact so many of us. Now, as a public health major at Boston University, I am passionate about improving health equity and ensuring women feel seen and heard in our healthcare system. Running this race is my way of advocating for a cause that empowers and uplifts women everywhere.
