On Wednesday October 23rd, T.E.A.L. participated in the first ever New York Methodist Hospital Evening of Spirit. The event, dedicated to women’s health, offered health information and screenings, prizes, dinner, wine tastings and pampering services to participants, many of whom were cancer survivors. T.E.A.L. had a table at the event that provided guests information about Ovarian Cancer signs and symptoms, and factors that cause increased risk, such as a family history of Breast and Ovarian Cancer.
