On May 6th, 2023 the H.O.G. Chapter 3940 hosted a Bike Blessing & Poker Run Fundraiser at Harley Davidson of Staten Island. Proceeds from the event benefit Tell Every Amazing Lady® About Ovarian Cancer, also known as T.EA.L.®. Harley Davidson was the starting and ending point of the Poker Run. Live music and a bike blessing kicked off the fun. Participants rode to 4 other stops across Staten Island to pick up their poker cards. The stops included; O’Neill’s Bar and Grill, Z2 Diner, Beans & Leaves, and Rabs Bowling Alley. Each poker stop had a T.EA.L.® table with awareness materials manned by a T.EA.L.® staff member or volunteer. Ending back at Harley Davidson, the rider with the best hand wins! The event helped raise awareness across Staten Island with riders wearing T.EA.L.® T shirts, banners at every stop and reaching not only participants but local communities.
