On March 22, 2024, T.E.A.L.® hosted a free Jewelry Making Workshop at the T.E.A.L.® Community Center in Park Slope, BK, to celebrate Women’s History Month. This workshop invited anyone of all ages to come together and make jewelry while learning about women’s health issues and the importance of gynecologic healthcare in early prevention and detection of diseases. A poll was collected at the end of the workshop where each attendant had stated that following the workshop they understood better the importance of annual OBGYN appointments.
