This September, Channel 12 News Brooklyn featured The 6th Annual T.E.A.L. Walk/Run for Ovarian Cancer on their station, and told the story of Jacqueline Dixon, Ovarian Cancer Survivor and T.E.A.L. supporter. In the segment, Jackie tells how her Ovarian Cancer was caught at stage 1. Early detection of Ovarian Cancer is extremely difficult, but critical. In Jackie’s case, it saved her life. Listen to your body for the signs and symptoms. Jacqueline Dixon’s doctor, Dr. Economos was a guest on the station and gave a medical perspectiveve to the segment.
