A Sound Journey with Crystal Bowls offers ovarian cancer survivors and their loved ones a peaceful and restorative experience. During the session, soothing sounds from crystal singing bowls are played, each resonating at different frequencies to help bring harmony and balance to the body and mind. The vibrations from the bowls create a calming atmosphere that encourages relaxation, reduces stress, and supports emotional well-being. This session is an opportunity to reconnect with inner calm, fostering healing in a supportive environment.
What to bring with you: yoga mat, blanket, head pillow if you need it.
