On June 24th, 2015 ®T.E.A.L. presented to 15 students at Brooklyn Adult Learning Center. Twice this April, 2015 ®T.E.A.L. presented to two classes of Nursing Students at the Brooklyn Campus of the NYC DOE Adult Practical Nursing Programs. Our ®T.E.A.L. presenters explained the signs, symptoms, and risk factors of Ovarian Cancer, benefits of genetic testings, and answered a variety of questions posed by the Nursing Students. We want to thank these Nursing students for supporting ®T.E.A.L. by posting our Awareness Posters at Hospitals, Schools, Community Centers, and Nursing Homes around Brooklyn.
