On June 19th 2017, the Tell Every Amazing Lady® Community Center was visited by Ovarian Cancer Thriver and model, Elly Mayday. Elly was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer in 2013 and since then has been raising awareness about this disease by documenting her battle on social media. She frequently posts pictures of her scars, hospital visits, treatments, and inspirational messages, in hopes to educate women on the signs and symptoms and encourage them to seek treatment. It was honor to discuss the fight against ovarian cancer with such a strong, courageous, and truly amazing lady!
