8th Annual Brooklyn T.E.A.L.® Walk/Run

On September 10th, 2016, the 8th Annual Brooklyn T.E.A.L.® Walk/Run took place in Prospect Park, Brooklyn. Over 2,000 people were in attendance. Thank you to participants, volunteers, special guests,  survivors, and families who helped us celebrate 8 years of awareness, courage, and the strength of both Ovarian Cancer survivors and the families who have been touched by the disease. This event included a 5K Run, Free Yoga, booth activities, Stage Performances and Activities, a 5K Run Award Ceremony,  the Annual T.E.A.L.® Survivor Ceremony, and of course the T.E.A.L.® Walk. This event was a huge success spreading knowledge about ovarian cancer, and raised $244,312 for medical research and awareness programs.
